A hanging system is included. Use fixings suitable for your wall and the weight of the artwork. Follow the hanging system’s installation instructions and contact us if you have any questions.
- Gently clean the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with lukewarm water.
- Do not rub dry or use abrasive cloths, scouring pads or abrasive cleaners.
- Only use cleaners suitable for acrylic glass. Follow any care instructions supplied by the manufacturer.
Delivery & returns
We ship from our own stock. Our team carefully prepares your order, and our delivery partner brings it to you.
The usual delivery time is 1–3 working days. Within the Netherlands, delivery is free on orders of €99 or more.
We also deliver to Belgium and Germany. For delivery charges and times to these countries, contact us.
For online purchases, you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period starting the day after receipt. This also applies to discounted items. Let us know within this period if you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the wall art.
You are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising your right of withdrawal. Is your wall art damaged or is something wrong? Contact us so we can help.

Yes, Emerald Door comes with a hanging system.
Is the artwork glossy or matt?
The acrylic glass has a glossy finish. Light and windows can reflect in the surface, so consider this when choosing its position.
How can I check the size at home?
Use the size guide and mark out 80 cm wide by 120 cm high on your wall using tape suitable for the surface. Step back to assess the size.
