Material & care
Would you like to know more about the material composition of Novara or do you have a question about its care? Contact us.
- Vacuum regularly on a low setting using a smooth nozzle without a rotating brush.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean, white cloth. Do not rub the stain.
- Always follow the care label for stain treatment and deep cleaning.
We recommend deep cleaning your rug once a year. Only use a carpet cleaning machine if the care label permits it. If unsure, ask for advice first.
